2. Domestic Shipping (Within Pakistan)

  • Customs & Duties: International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Tracking: You’ll receive a tracking number once your parcel leaves Pakistan.


4. Packaging & Safety

  • We use reinforced, eco‑friendly packaging to protect your items in transit.

  • Fragile or premium items (e.g., jewelry) receive additional padding and a protective inner box.


5. Shipment Notifications

  • Order Shipped: Email confirmation with courier and tracking link.

  • Out for Delivery: SMS alert (if mobile number provided).

6. Lost or Damaged Packages
