Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging, tags, and accessories.
- Be reported within 7 days of receiving the order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items may not be eligible for return:
- Used or damaged products caused by the customer.
- Products without original packaging or tags.
- Clearance, sale, or promotional items (unless defective).
- Personalized or customized products.
Return Process
To initiate a return:

- Provide your order number and details of the issue.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
If approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method where applicable.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund arrangements will be communicated by our support team.
Exchanges
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we may offer an exchange subject to product availability.
